Tao Sports Chiropractic
In November, 2019 we started TAO private practice in Ikedadai, Miyazaki. In May, 2022 the practice moved to Tsunehisa, Miyazaki.
We didn’t use any kinds of advertisements including 1. Office 2. Sign 3. a website 4. Tickets 5. Clients comment on SNS 6.brochures 7.Pay Pay 8. Coupon 9. Sharing on SNS 10. News papers We have continued business through clients to clients introductions.
In November, 2021
Tao was hired as Outside Trainer by coach Sou of the top of Japanese track and field team ”Asahikasei”.
Now, Tao wants more chiropractors so we started a website and Instagram to show what we do.

2021年11月、日本陸上界トップチーム「旭化成陸上部」宗監督より要請を受け、外部トレーナーに就任。

When I was young I wanted to be a professional baseball player and spent most of my time for it.
I needed help for a physical problem but no one I’ve visited in Tokyo could fix it …so that was the time I looked for hope abroad.
Then, I have practiced Yoga, Zen, Ki, and Chiropractic, then focused on mind•energy•body practices.
Finally, I followed Sports trainers and American Doctors of Chiropractic to master my practice.
In the last 11 years, since 2008, I have seen approximately 50,000 clients in Higashifushimi,Tokyo who had issues just like me and helped them with their physical problems.
プロ野球を目指し全身全霊を捧げた学生時代。
整形外科／整骨院／鍼灸院／マッサージ／大学病院やスポーツドクター、プロ野球選手の紹介先に至るまで、国内一と言われる先生方に助けを求め東京中を尋ね歩くもどこにも助けてもらう事は出来ず、断腸の苦しみの果て現在の道へ進む事を決意。国内の治療に限界を感じ海外へと道を求める。
国内外でのヨガ、禅、氣功、施術の鍛錬を通し、心・氣・体への洞察を重ね、後にスポーツトレーナー、米国ドクター(Doctor of Chiropractic)の下インターンを経て2008年より11年間、東京の早稲田大学運動部が本拠地を置く東伏見で、「どこに行っても良くならない」方々を対象とする施術所の代表を務め、東西の先端技術を追究。
手技一つで重ねた施術経験はのべ5万人。
Since her 20s, she has made meditation and yoga her life's work, studying with leaders in Japan and abroad.
She focuses on care that captures health from both the mind and body.
She has worked on the problem of depression that is spreading among young people, and acts as a spiritual guide to tell people "how to lead their own life and live a happy life.
After a 20-month round-the-world trip with her family of four, she moved to Miyazaki to live in the place she wanted to live most in the world.
20代より、瞑想・ヨガをライフワークとし、海外や国内のリーダーに師事。
心身の両輪から健康を捉えるケアに重点を置く。
若者に広がるうつ病問題に取り組み、「自分の人生・幸せな人生の歩み方」を伝える心のガイドとして活動。
家族4人地球一周20ヵ月の旅の末、世界一住みたい土地に住もうと宮崎へ移住。
